All exchanges must be received in new condition, and in their original boxes. Please also include a note indicating the reason for your return.

Always ship your returns via U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx. We do not accept liability for returns that arrived to us damaged.

GrowingScholars.com does not refund original shipping charges on exchanges. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of resending the new items.
