Scholars is a homeschool resource center which is utilized by
hundreds of homeschool families in Charlotte, NC and
throughout the Southeast. We now have two stores from which to
service the North Carolina and South Carolina area. Our customers can browse
through over 15,000 items, talk with our knowledgeable staff, set down and compare curriculum, or
attend a "How
to Start Homeschooling Seminar". There is also a classroom in which
enrichment classes are offered. If you need
to have your child tested to meet the NC requirement for
nationally standardized tests, we have 3 testers who
administer the Woodcock-Johnson III test. Call for
appointments.
As homeschool parents ourselves, we understand the complex decisions involved
in choosing curriculum and materials for homeschooling. It is our desire to
offer help to families as they make each of these decisions. We have created
a place where homeschoolers can receive information, ask questions, meet
other homeschoolers, and compare materials side by side.
We are excited about the opportunity we have to serve the homeschool
community now and in the years to come. We hope our web site will help you
